Biography

Mr. Alejandro Escoda has been a Partner at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira, S.L.P. since 1996. Mr. Escoda joined the law firm Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira in 1986. He is extensively experienced in international mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments, international reorganizations, designing holding and financial structures for international groups and planning multinational assets. He has been an Independent External Director of Grupo Indukern S.L. Mr. Escoda is Member of the Steering Committee and Former Co-Chair of the Tax Section at the International Bar Association (IBA). He has participated in and spoken at various seminars on international tax and has written several articles on this topic.
