Eilert Hinrichs

Biography

Eilert Hinrichs is a Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s London office and has more than 15 years of experience advising clients on healthcare services-related issues. He has advised senior management on corporate strategy, market entry, and buy and sell side transactions within primary and secondary care. Eilert has significant expertise in Eastern Europe: over the last five years alone he has supported management teams in Poland, Romania, Hungary and Turkey, helping them to develop successful strategic business models and identify market opportunities. In addition, Eilert spends a significant amount of time advising clients on the impact that demographic change will have on businesses and societies. Eilert holds a Master in Industrial Engineering from the KIT Universitaet Karlsruhe. Before joining L.E.K., Eilert had a successful career working in retail banking in Germany.
