Biography
With over 18 years of industry experience, Manesh founded Medallion in 2007 to provide healthcare institutions with the business expertise for sustenance and growth in a complex and dynamic market. A seasoned management consultant, Manesh has gained expertise in understanding the unique challenges faced by healthcare institutions in the country, be it in Private Sector or Public Health setups. He has been lead consultant at Medallion, in developing turnaround models for sick hospitals, and is presently performing the role of a “Turnaround CEO” of a mission hospital in Assam, India. Manesh has previously worked in MNCs like IBM, a Deutsche Bank subsidiary, 4C Solutions, CIBER Inc and BIOCON. He is also the Executive Committee Member of the Christian Medical Association of India. He holds a Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Madras School of Social Work.
