Biography
Conceição Hogg holds a PhD from the Department of Food Science and Technology from the University of Reading, UK, and a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Oporto, Portugal. She is Assistant Professor at the Catholic University of Portugal since 1991, where she lectures in several engineering courses.
Research Interest
His research interest include food processing technologies and chemical and biochemical transformations in foods.
