Biography

I am passionate about technology and believe the future can be predicted through Excellence and Ambition – change can be triggered and we are all accountable for our team's success. Since 2013 I have been specifically interested in Enterprise Mobility and Security, and how to embrace the challenge of facing information anywhere, anytime, on any device, and overcoming the Usability vs Security paradox. I am particularly moved by the new privacy challenges of the connected world, cloud and social networks and its connection with the enterprise world, namely on the new identity security risks and social engineering. Started my professional adventure in 1996 assuming the technical lead in several IT projects, from consulting, startups and the financial industry. Joined Microsoft in 2007 where I am now embracing the challenge of helping customers to achieve Enterprise Mobility in a Safer, Managed and Productive path, by leading the cybersecurity discussion and the adoption of the cloud in a safer and trustable way. Currently responsible for the Enterprise Mobility+Security business planning and development at the Portuguese Subsidiary managed the market.
