Biography

My name is Ricardo Alexandre GC Martins, I'm 40 years old, married and has 1 daughter. I am a very communicative person, who likes to work in team and share knowledge. I have as main characteristics facility to learn, great self-collection, strong beliefs in what I believe, flexibility to accept new situations and perfectionism not to leave what I do in half. I constantly seek to be updated in the new technologies and good practices in the management of projects and people, through research on IT news, lectures, webinars and technical courses, so as to add a better quality to what I do in the performance of my activities in my day to day life. I have a degree in Computer Science, I have a master's degree in computer science and an MBA in project management and I'm currently studying for a doctorate in computer science. I have advanced English and intermediate Spanish and certifications of project management, IT governance and systems development. I started my career with technical support, but soon afterwards I moved to the systems development area, working for companies like Sonda Procwork where, after good results, I was promoted to coordinator of the development team, ICE Tarjetas Especiales - where I coordinator of the systems development team - and lastly at Banco Itaú, where he worked on system development and project management in the capital markets area.
