Biography
Josep Maria Lozano holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy and Education Sciences, and a degree in Theology, Philosophy and the Arts. Since 1986 he has been a lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences, ESADE. He is a founder of the Institute for the Person, Business and Society (IPES), and works with a number of bodies and publications in the field of business ethics. These include the Society for Business Ethics, the journal Responsabilidad Social de la Empresa, and the European Business Ethics Network. Specializing in business ethics and social responsibility, he has published widely in this field, including Persona, empresa y sociedad [The person, business and society] and Guía práctica de Derechos Humanos para empresas [Practical guide to human rights for businesses].
