Biography
Mr. Ralf Terheyden is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of NanoFocus AG since July 12, 2017. He was Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Nanofocus AG since August 17, 2012. Prior to that, he held the post of Chairman of the Supervisory Board as of June 28, 2007, and earlier served as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company from May 24, 2007. He studied business economics at Georg-August-Universitaet Goettingen. He then specialized in the area of corporate finance in his work as Auditor. From 1997 to 1999, he mainly worked on restructuring and consulting in Mergers and Acquisitions. In 2000, he moved to a medium-sized auditing firm and became Head of the Corporate Financing. Since May 2003, he has been working self-employed as Auditor, Commercial Manager and Tax Advisor, and since September 2004, as Partner and Managing Director of his own company.
