Biography
Margaret Chen was part of the top executives of Telefonica (Asia Director, Market Intelligence Director, Electronic Commerce Director) during 17 years. She was board member of the China National Lab of the second chinese operator China Netcom. She was part of the principal team to establish the first office of Telefonica in China and participated the investment of USD$3500million.
