John Ketchum

Biography

John Ketchum is Head, Emerging Growth Markets, for Novartis Oncology. In this role, John is responsible for all Oncology business operations in the Emerging Growth Markets (EGM) region, which includes Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe. Most recently, John served as Head of Latin America for NOVARTIS Oncology, prior to which he held positions of increasing responsibility including Head of Global Product Strategy, Region Head in Asia Pacific & South Africa and General Manager of the United Kingdom and Ireland. Before joining Novartis, John worked at Glaxo Wellcome and Burroughs Wellcome in Oncology. Education and training John holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned his B.A. from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York.
