Fernando mata ordóñez did his PG Dip in Sports Nutrition & B.Sc. in Biology. ISSN-SNS. He is currently the Head of Education at the Master in Sports and Clinical Nutrition of the Univ. Isabel I (Spain) amd alos the Member of the Board of IICEFS and Co-Director of SSI.
