Biography
Alasdair Spink is Managing Partner of Odgers Berndtson India and is based in New Delhi. He also leads the Asia Pacific Industrial Practice. With almost 20 years of experience in executive search, he specialises in C level search mandates and has extensive experience of leading International, Board, Finance, Human Resources and General Management searches across sectors and territories. Alasdair joined Odgers Berndtson in 2005 in the London office. In 2010 he moved to Dubai to lead the Middle East business, before moving to Delhi in 2011 to lead the India business. Alasdair joined the search sector in 1997 with another leading search firm and his early career was spent in the Netherlands and Germany.
