Biography
Mr. Corbett was appointed Executive Vice President and President of our Discovery & Analytical Solutions business in September 2016. Mr. Corbett formerly served as President of our Human Health business for two years and has been an officer of PerkinElmer since February 2012. Prior to joining ViaCord, he co-founded CADx Systems, a company focused on the oncology market, where he held the position of Executive Vice President and Director with responsibility for worldwide sales and marketing, technical support and business development. Following the 2004 acquisition of CADx by iCAD, Inc., he was named Chief Commercial Officer. In addition, Mr. Corbett worked for Abbott Laboratories for 14 years in a variety of sales and marketing positions including Worldwide Marketing Manager for Abbott Diagnostics Immunoassay Systems and Region Manager for Abbott Diagnostics. Mr. Corbett joined the Analytical, Life Science & Diagnostics Association, Inc. (ALDA) board of directors in January 2017, and also serves on the national board of trustees for the March of Dimes Foundation. Mr. Corbett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Massachusetts.
