Biography
He was CEO at ONI Portugal and ONI Mozambique, as well as CTO and Technology and Information Systems Executive Director at Cabovisão. Between 1995 and 2007, worked in IS/IT, telecommunications and strategic business management projects, in consultancy or others activity areas, such as travel and tourism, in Portugal and several international projects. He is a member of APDC and APDSI. Cooperates with several entities in Project Management, Strategy and Communication and also regularly writes articles about IS/IT for the specialized Portuguese media. Are a guest speaker and teacher on different academic initiatives in Management and Technological areas.
