Biography
Michael Higgins’ career has focused on accelerating innovative ideas and technologies in the civil infrastructure markets. After joining Pure Technologies in 2001, he has helped to develop the business in North America and has led the water and wastewater industry efforts to better manage pressurized pipeline systems. Mr. Higgins is registered with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying and is a registered Professional Engineer in five states. Additionally, he graduated Cum Laude with a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Buffalo.
