Biography
Francisco Campos holds a B.Sc. degree (1996) in Microbiology and Ph.D. degree (2009) in Biotechnology (Microbiology major) from the Catholic University of Portugal. He is currently Guest Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Biotechnology where he teaches chemistry and coordinates the Postgraduate Degree Programme in Oenology.
Research Interest
His research interests include wine science, applied microbiology and automatic systems of chemical analysis.
