Biography
MIKHAIL S. SIVOLDAEV Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board Born in 1970 in Moscow. From 2003, Mikhail has been with the Renova Group where he has led a number of key investments of the Group’s shareholders and coordinated the Group’s major charitable initiatives. In 1999, he joined the Tuymen Oil Company (renamed into TNK in 2003), where he took various executive positions until 2003. Earlier, he worked for a number of private commercial companies where he was in charge of determining their investment policies and strategic development. Before he serves in the army, having joined the Russian Navy. Graduated from the Higher Military and Maritime Engineering School as a marine architect.
