Biography
Francisa Mello is currently working as a Director of Operations at Seldata Company in Portugal. She was when newly graduated in European Studies (1999). She discovered a new world that grew at a dizzying speed - ICTs. Since then her professional career has been linked to irreverent projects and companies that have bet on innovation, which has shaped my personality: I like new projects, creative processes and, above all, to innovate. She started with Content Lab, a start-up of the Jerónimo Martins group dedicated to creating web content. This was followed by the Forum of Commerce, an electronic shopping portal for SMEs (another start-up, this time from ONI) and, finally, SelPlus, another start-up, was created by Ana Paula Reis and Manuel Falcão, dedicated to the outsourcing of sales teams through the application of processes.
