Andre Heinz

Biography

André Heinz is currently the Head of Human Resources for Siemens Healthineers with responsibility for more than 46,000 employees worldwide. Having held his current role for 5 years and with more than 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, he has a very deep level of knowledge of the Healthcare Industry and its talent related specificities. He holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources & Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources and Marketing from Berufsakademie Mannheim. He is married and a father of three children.
