Pascale Sourisse

Biography

Pascale Sourisse is a graduate of École Polytechnique and École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (Telecom ParisTech). She began her career holding management positions within France Telecom, Jeumont-Schneider and Compagnie Générale des Eaux, as well as with the French Ministry of Industry. She joined Alcatel in 1995 as Vice President, Planning and Strategy of Alcatel Space and, in 1997, she was appointed Chairman & CEO of SkyBridge. In 2001, she became President and CEO of Alcatel Space, and in 2005 President and CEO of Alcatel Alenia Space. In 2007, Pascale Sourisse joined Thales as a member of the Executive Committee, Senior Vice President of Thales's Space Division, and President and CEO of Thales Alenia Space. In 2008, she was appointed Senior Vice President of the Land & Joint Systems Division and in February 2010, became Senior Vice President of the Defense & Security C4I Systems Division. Since February 2013, she has been Senior Executive Vice-President, International Development. Pascale Sourisse is an Officer of France’s “Légion d’honneur” and a Commander of the French “Ordre du Mérite”. She is a Director of Renault and Vinci, and Board Chairman of Telecom ParisTech.
