Biography
Ralf Dreischmeier is the global leader of the Technology Advantage practice and works with leading organizations globally to help them gain competitive advantage through the use of technology and data. Since joining BCG in 1998, Ralf has focused mainly on creating value from large-scale business and technology transformations and helping clients to shape and accelerate their digital transformation.In his work with clients, Ralf has played a key role in developing technology and digital strategies for financial services, telecommunications, media, and consumer goods clients. Ralf has written several BCG and external publications and is the leading coauthor of BCG Technology Advantage, the biannual collection of thought leadership on technology issues. Prior to joining BCG, Ralf worked for Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
