Biography
Santiago Mazón leads The Boston Consulting Group’s Strategy practice in Spain, and he is a core member of BCG’s Financial Institutions and Insurance practices.Since rejoining BCG in 2010, Santiago has worked with a wide range of banking and insurance players, focusing primarily on the areas of strategy, sales, customer experience, pricing, and operations. His engagements have also covered key corporate development topics, including mergers and acquisitions, postmerger integrations, market entry, and new business lines. Santiago first joined BCG in 2000, and left in 2005 to work as head of business development of a Spanish bank.
