Biography
Jürgen Bund is co-founder and shareholder of TriDiVisions.Between 1986 and 1989 he worked for the Siemens R&D division in Erlangen (Germany) as programmer. In 1989 he joined Softex GmbH in Saarbrücken (Germany) where he participated in the development of several language processing systems, namely electronic dictionaries, spell check, translation and text indexing applications, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Harald Zimmermann. In 1991 he was promoted to Head of Software Development, and in the same year he gained his first experience with a European R&D project, “MITI-IMIS”. Between 1992 and 1993 he worked at the Faculty for English Language at the University of Saarbrücken where he conceived and developed a CALL system (Computer Aided Language Learning) in the scope of a German R&D project led Prof. Dr. Peter Erdmann and Dr. Roger Charlton.
