Biography
António Pedro Fernandes Costa attended engineering courses at ALENIA, AEROSPATIALE, CRANFIELD, and NASA. He was in charge of OGMA for the maintenance, repair and modification of aircraft of USNAVY, Technical Director of Aerocondor and Head of Design of Sofinare. Researcher on European projects, projects of the FCT, NATO, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and the FEDER-QREN. National Representative for IDTI in the NATO AVT-RTO. Air Force representative with the MDN for R & D. Evaluator of the Innovation Agency. Lecturer at the Air Force Academy (AFA), ISEC and ISEL. Director of the AFA Research Center. Coordinator of the AFA Engineering Department. Member of the FAP Aircraft Accident Investigation Commission. Responsible for the ISEL Aerodynamics Laboratory. He has published 6 articles in specialized magazines and 28 papers in events.
