Biography
Elias Jesus governs Communication and Internal Communication Management at ECATI and is a Researcher at CICPRIS. As Prof. Coordinator of ISCAD, directed the Institute and Lic. in Administration and Public Management and taught Introduction to Public Administration, Regional and Autarchic Administration and Public and Social Marketing. At INP, he taught Public Adm. of Secretariat of Administration and Autarchic Communication and Specialties of Public Relations. Lic. in Business Sciences at ISESE, he studied law at FDUL for three years, specializing in Communication and Public Management. He holds a PhD in Political Science, has worked as a consultant and has provided training in the areas mentioned, having participated in different international projects to support development. Manager of private and social organizations.
