Biography
Manuel Serafim Fontes Santos Pinto finished his degree and, taking advantage of the trips, consulted libraries and museums collecting bibliography that he stores in collection. Still as a crew member and student worker, he was the director of SNPVAC (four terms). After leaving, he dedicated himself to the accomplishment of the masters and to the teaching. Having passed through other institutions, it was at the Lusófona University of Humanities and Technologies
