Maria Nubélia Silvestre Bravo holds doctor in the department of Bromatology and Masters in Food quality and toxicology from FAC.FARMACIA-UNIVERSIDADE DE LISBOA. He completed Graduation in Chemistry from FC-UNIVERSITY OF LISBON. Currently working as Professor in Universidade Lusófona.
