Biography
Master of Human Nutrition, University of Sheffield and Doctor of Nutrition Sciences, University of Porto. He is currently Director of the Licentiate in Nutrition Sciences of the Universidade Lusófona. He is a member of the American Society of Nutrition and has publications in international journals and journals. The main research interest is to assess the impact of nutrients on human health. Research on the role of food supplements and foods in optimizing human health and reducing the risk of nutritionally related diseases in various population groups.
