Biography
Rui Morais got his B.Sc. degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Porto, Portugal, in 1985, and his Ph.D. in Natural Sciences from the University of Saarland, Germany. He is Assistant Professor at the Catholic University of Portugal since 1990. He lectures chemistry and nutrition and coordinates the European M.Sc. in Food Science, Technology and Nutrition.
Research Interest
His research interests are focused on natural product and food product chemistry.
