Ahmed is the Country Senior Partner at KPMG in Qatar. He brings more than 28 years’ experience in serving clients and leading Audit, Advisory and leading country practices in various locations across Europe and the Middle East. He has substantial experience leading and delivering major Advisory and Audit assignments in the Oil and Gas, Government and Infrastructure, Financial Services and Transportation sectors. Ahmed’s Advisory focus has been on helping clients to manage Financial Risk, Finance Function Effectiveness, Post-merger Integration, IT Risk Management, Capital Markets’ Services and various CFO Advisory services. In addition, Ahmed has led various major audits and capital markets assurance services for major clients in Eurasia and the Baltic States including banks, insurance companies, a FTSE 100 mining company, airlines, rail operators, ports, pipelines and shipping companies.
