Biography

 Alekh Grewal’s first job was with Thomson McLintock (now KPMG) in London and spent 8 years in the UK before immigrating to Australia in 1987.    Alekh spent 15 years in Australia, working for most of that time with James Hardie, a Multinational Australian Company.  His time with James Hardie was spent running its various subsidiaries in the capacity of General Manager and CFO.  His final position with James Hardie Asia Pacific was as CFO    He left Australia in 2001 to join KPMG India as its Chief Operating Officer, Partner and Deputy Chairman.      Alekh joined Mannai Corporation in November 2004 as Chief Financial Officer. In 2008 Alekh was promoted as Chief Operations Officer and in 2009 he became the Chief Executive Officer.    He has been very instrumental in acquisitions of Axiom Telecom, UAE, and Damas International LLC, UAE.  Following the acquisition of Damas LLC., in 2012, Alekh was promoted as Group Chief Executive Officer.   More recently, he was instrumental in the acquisition of GFI Informatique, a French listed company headquartered in Paris, France.  Alekh is also a member of Executive Committee, Audit Committee and Board member of Mannai Corporation.    Alekh is Board and Audit Committee member of  :    Mannai Corporation QPSC., Doha, Qatar, Damas International LLC., Dubai, UAE, Axiom Telecom, Dubai, UAE, GFI Informatique, France  Alekh is also Board member of  :    Techsignia Systems Pvt. Ltd., Pune, India. NexThink SA, Switzerland. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree. He attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard and the International Directors Program at INSEAD.
