Biography
Omar Mustafa El-Moumin is a degree holder in Arts & Economics in 1996 and took up his Master Degree in Personnel Management in 1998 from University of Pune, India. He joined PPE in 2009 as Head of HR & Administration. He is a committed professional with great enthusiasm for developing effective administrative support services having gained 18 years solid experiences in HR & Administration segment. He also develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel with HR functions such as Hiring, Promotions Reassignments, Position Classification & Grading, Salary Determination, Performance appraisal review & processing, Personnel data entry and Records maintenance, Conduct problems and Performance problems.
