Biography
He followed this with a Master of Philosophy degree from the University of Nottingham in 1996, studying the role of enzymes in animal nutrition. Upon graduating, he spent six years working as the company nutritionist for Cranswick Group PLC, responsible for diet formulation, research and technical support.
