Biography
Ms. Gica Rusu has served as Human Resources Director of Antibiotice SA since 2004. She served as Chief of Human Resources Department of the Company between 1999 and 2004. She graduated in Industrial Economics from Universitatea Alexandru Ioan Cuza of Iasi. She also obtained a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Universitatea Alexandru Ioan Cuza of Iasi in 2003. She started working for the Company in 1981. Between 1986 and 1996, she served as Economist within the Company’s Penicillin Department. She also served within the Company’s Financial Department between 1996 and 1999.
