Biography
Mr. Ioan Nani has served as Vice Chairman of the Board, General Director of Antibiotice SA since April 26, 2012. He served as Chairman of the Board, General Director of the Company between April 24, 2009 and April 26, 2012, as General Director of the Company between April 21, 2008 and April 24, 2009, as Chairman of the Board, General Director of the Company between 1998 and April 21, 2008, and as Finance Director of the Company between 1994 and 1998. He got a degree in Economic Sciences from Universitatea Alexandru Ioan Cuza. He started his career as Economist within the Company in 1987. Between 1991 and 1993, he served as Financial Control Inspector within the General Directorate of Public Finance Iasi, and then within the Romanian Court of Accounts. Between 1994 and 1998, he served as Finance Director within the Company. In February 2009, he was appointed Vice Chairman of the Romanian Authority for the Recovery of State Assets (AVAS).
