Biography
Dr. Mueller earned his BS in Biology from the University of Cologne, Germany, an MS in Genetics, Developmental Biology, Biochemistry from the University of Cologne, Germany and his Ph.D. in Molecular Microbiology from Stony Brook University.Dr. Mueller is a skilled, driven scientist that has served as primary investigator on multiple externally funded projects, leading teams of postdoctoral fellows and technicians. He has experience working hands-on, and simultaneously managing projects, involving multiple viruses. This simultaneous management experience has left him ideally suited to excel as PI of the vaccine development pipeline, leading three distinct groups that will be applying SAVE to three, unrelated viral pathogens. Before founding Codagenix Dr. Mueller was Assistant Professor of Research at Stony Brook University.
