Biography
Christina Satterwhite has over fifteen years of experience in biologic drug development in the areas of pathology, toxicology (emphasis in immunotoxicology studies), analytical chemistry, and immunobiology. Her career at Charles River has allowed her to work with multiple types of compounds, such as monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, antibody drug conjugates, peptides, biosimilars, and oligonucleotides, in addition to directing general toxicology and immunotoxicology studies in nonhuman primates. Dr. Satterwhite has also had direct oversight of study design and assay development/validation in the areas of special pathology, ligand binding assays, immunogenicity assays, flow cytometry, bioassays, and immune biomarkers.
