 Silvia is the junior Human Resource specialist in Chiese Group.

Research Interest

 I was fortunate enough to start my professional career in Chiesi . After getting a Master in Management and Organization of Staff, I started looking around and looking for the right company to start from. I inquired from the moment I caught my attention: an Italian, but an international, strong growth group, based on innovation and professional ethics, where people are at the center. That's why I chose to send my application to Chiesi among many companies. I started my course with a stage. From the first day I found a collaborative environment, open to welcome new ideas and where people have always shown great availability. I have always been involved in all the occasions for my professional growth and I have been able to actively implement the theoretical knowledge gained during my course. I am continuing my experience and I am happy to work in Chiesi because it is a young context that continues to grow in which I can really make my contribution.
