Biography
My name is Crina (Andreea) Mondoc; I lived in a very poor village (Budila) until I came to Brasov when Firm Foundations Romania asked me if I wanted to receive to attend high school and then college. I accepted what they had for me and I am very thankful for the decision I made. In 2012 I became a child of God. I love to see how God is working in my life and how He grows me up in his unconditional love. Jesus changed my life and I am so blessed. Throughout high school, I worked various jobs: at a pretzel store, cleaning houses, baby sitting, and at a coffee shop. Then in 2015 Firm Foundations Romania asked me if I wanted to be a “Den Mother” for teens from Budila. I was very delighted to accept this job because in this way I thought that I can help exactly how FFR did for me, and many people said that I am a role model for the teens. To be a “Den Mother” means to be there when the girls need you, to help them do their homework, to make sure that they are at home in the evening, to give them responsibilities, to encourage them in school, to help in many ways, and of course to be a role model for them.
