Ms. Ann received an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Houston and received her undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University.Ms. Rosar had also been responsible for Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, audits and budget analysis at the business integration software provider, Cicero (formerly Level 8 Systems); as well as senior financial analyst-business operations for Nextel Communications.
