Biography
Michelle has been with ICRM since March 1999 and has been lucky enough to see almost every face that has come through our doors! After working in patient services for 5 ½ years, Michelle now works in the billing department.
Research Interest
She bills insurance claims, assists patients with their accounts and enters IVF cycle charges. Michelle is also a certified procedural coder. She enjoys her job and loves to learn new things!
