Prior to the INC Research/ inVentiv Health merger, served as Chief Financial Officer at INC Research. Served as Senior Vice President and CFO of Tekelec, a leading high-tech solutions and service provider, from April 2010 to August 2013 and as Chief Accounting Officer of the company from May 2005 to March 2010. Has had repeated success in developing innovative financial management strategies, strong capital structures, high levels of operational support and sound corporate governance. Experience in private and public capital markets, completing more than 50 debt and equity financing transactions, including private equity transactions, initial public (IPOs) and secondary offerings in the public markets
