Biography
Mădălina Sucală is a psychologist specialized in clinical psychology, psychological counseling, and psychotherapy, accredited by the Romanian Board of Psychologists. She has extensive training in rational-emotive and cognitive-behavioral therapy, and an interest/competence in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). She is also a Senior Assictant Professor at the Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Her professional expertise includes empirically validated services for all age groups (individual or group intervention), focused on: (a) personal development and self-improvement (e.g., professional performance improvement; conflict management; emotional and behavioral self-control; decision making; problem solving); (b) health and healthy lifestyle promotion (e.g. Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavioral Education, Cognitive-Behavioral techniques for personal and social development); (c) psychotherapy for psychological problems and psychopathology.
