Biography
Simona Ștefan is lecturer at Babes-Bolyai University. She conducted her PhD in Evidence-based psychological assessment and interventions Doctoral School, at Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, BabeÅŸ – Bolyai University, Cluj–Napoca. Her main interests in the field of coaching are related to life coaching, stress management, communication processes but also personal development and well being in organizational contexts. Currently her particular interested are directed to ways of promoting positive emotions, values and strengths in institutions.
