Biography
ANCA IOANA STANCULESCU is working at NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MATERIALS PHYSICS , Romania.
Research Interest
1. Organic materials: 1.1. Organic semiconductors (small molecule, oligomers, polymers and bio organic thin films; organic heterostructures for photovoltaic devices, OLEDs and OFETs, contacts, interface processes, optical and electrical properties; 1.2. Nonlinear optical materials (organic crystals: growth and characterization); 2. Nanocomposite systems: organic/organic and II-VI semiconductors/ noncrystalline matrix; 3. Biocompatible materials for prosthesis; 4. Inorganic semiconductors: single crystal silicon, binary and ternary semiconductor compounds.
