Dr. Ing. Dumitra LUCAN works under the division Water Generator. Work and research of Dr. Ing. Dumitra LUCAN includes orrosion of the structural materials of the steam generator; Water chemistry from the steam generator; Hydraulic, thermal and mass transfer processes in the steam generator; Operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of steam generators; Corrosion of candidate materials for heat exchangers in Generation IV reactors; Non-destructive control methods applicable to the steam generator and heat exchangers; Providing technical support for Cernavoda NPP in the steam generating field; Information reports for projects in the operational plan "Chemistry, Materials and Components".
