Biography
Gernot has been serving the pharmaceutical industry for over 22 years in international clinical research programs including all aspects of clinical project management, monitoring, drug safety and regulatory affairs for drug and device development. He received a diploma in Biology and a PhD in Biochemistry, both at Frankfurt University in Germany. Gernot held various positions at Quintiles, Sankyo Pharmaceuticals, and Medifacts International before he founded PRISMA-CRO in 2007. He is a current member of the German Society of Pharmaceutical Medicine. Gernot’s work has resulted in market approval for several antihypertensives and anti-diabetic drugs in Europe and the United States.
