Ibrahim Farr

Biography

Ibrahim is a physician by training at the Autónoma University of Madrid, specializing in Psychiatry at the Maudsley Hospital Institute of Psychiatry – London. After a career in Clinical Medicine and Psychiatry, Ibrahim joined the pharmaceutical industry first as Associate Medical Director and then as the Medical Director for Marion Merrell Dow in Spain. Six years later he returned to academia at the Institute of Psychiatry London as a Research Fellow. He then returned to Spain in various senior positions in the Spanish / international pharmaceutical industry with Cyanamid, AHP-Wyeth, RPR and Aventis, where he was Senior Director Scientific Afffairs (R+D, Medical Affiairs, Regulatory Affairs) for Spain. Ibrahim founded Pivotal in 2001 and is currently the Chairman and CEO.
