Stephen Levenstein

Biography

  Stephen qualified in Medicine at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. He specialized in Pediatrics and worked in both private and hospital practices prior to joining the Pharmaceutical Industry where has now been for 19 years. Stephen served as Medical Director for Bristol-Myers Squibb in South Africa before transferring to Israel in the same position. In these roles he was responsible for the company’s research program from Phase 2 through to Phase 4 studies as well as post-marketing studies and surveys. He has experience in all of the major therapeutic areas. In 2004, Stephen moved to GCP Clinical Studies as Vice President of the newly created Research Division where he is responsible for all research activities.
