Biography
Tracy brings over 20 years of experience developing winning business strategies and directing proposal teams for various consulting firms, including 12+ years in the clinical development industry. Since joining RPG in 2005, she has served as the main coordinator for RPG’s global alliance and all partner relations, developed and fine-tuned pricing strategies, and led the sales and marketing teams. Prior to joining RPG, she served in progressively responsible roles for government contracting organizations in the fields of environmental engineering, IT consulting, and civil engineering. Tracy earned her bachelor’s degree in English and Technical Writing from the University of New Mexico.
